Warmly welcomed at check in. Room was large on the ground floor at the back of the hotel. Hot day but a fan had been provided and worked well. Bed comfortable and didn’t hear any noise, slept really well. Lots of choice for food in the services and so convenient off the M4 enroute to London. Acknowledged when checking out. Reception staff very friendly.
Bathroom could do with a bath mat.
