After a glitch in your website that change the dates on my booking when i went to change the bed type, i went to to ammend the bookin through manage my bookins and it showed two bookins i went to remove one and turned out it cancelled instead of ammneding. I explained this to customer services and was then told they could not help me or change the date because it had to be the exact amount that i was billed for. I offered to pay extra for the date i wanted and was denied that opportunity to pay £60 more for the same room. I trolled through the website and there was no matching price dates up to December 2023 for the orginal price i paid . Your terms and conditions trumped an error in your bookin system and i am now outnof pocket. Absolutely shameful.
