Due to us booking our original hotel in the wrong area of London, we had to cancel it and book the one in Vauxhall. Dissapointingly, the money for the Vauxhall hotel is about to be charged to us but we have not yet received a refund for our original hotel booking that was cancelled. It was definitely booked where we could cancel the booking. Kindly look into this for me please.
