The website is generally easy to use and locate hotels at a cheaper rate nearby, I'd like a loyalty system as I've used many hotels recently and at least provide free WiFi especially if you're trying to charge £150 for a hotel that I know is looking tired. The sudden price hikes sometimes within hours of looking at a hotel are very irritating.
