I tried to book into the Isle of Skye Travelodge, Perth. I was in my electric mobility scooter. We were told, by the girl at the desk, that she couldn't take our booking, until 3 pm. We would have to book online. When we booked our room, online, it got the date wrong. When we came back to the hotel, we found that it was not disabled accessible. There were stairs inside and out. And the rooms were all upstairs, with no lift. The girl on the desk didn't tell me that when I made enquiries.
I still haven't received all my money back.
