Booking and using website has been easy to do but I did have one problem with using the site. During my first booking I registered myself and completed the transaction. When I tried to book another room under my login the site rejected my American post code. I tried for over a week to get it to accept my address. Finally, I was able to book the room as a new user and not under my login.
