Staff are not very helpful . My card wouldn't open my door , so went to reception they reset the card
back up to the 4th floor and the card didn't work !!!! Up and down 3 times before someone came up with master key all this took 30 minutes very frustrating. They told me it would be sorted for me coming back in the evening, so when I came back in the evening it didn't work back down stairs to reception and the same girl said so i forgot to get it fixed !! I will let you in and if you go out you have come to reception and we can let you in this way .
