I rang to book two rooms 29th Sept, the lady got it wrong for some reason and booked it in July. I rang back to get the matter corrected, and had to go through the procedure of cancelling my booking in which you have promised to send me a credit note I had to pay over £100 per room extra and end up with NINE emails trying to explain the change. Afraid not at all Happy Ray Blackmore
