I have not yet stayed, as the booking is for the end of the month.
When booking I was unable to choose an arrival time, I could see no way to correct it. As we are arriving by ferry our arrival time is out of our hands. I tried ringing the contact number, but they hung up on me, and as I was paying an extortionate amount for the call I was not best pleased.
