It was very easy to book on line, and I booked an accessible room (because my partner is disabled). The only option that came up was an accessible room with a bath, and not a walk-in shower. I therefore phoned the booking line to ask if it was possible to have a room with a shower instead of a bath, but was told that none of your rooms have showers, only baths. I realise that the accessible room will have hand rails etc, but most disabled people (including my partner) are unable to step into and out of a bath, and therefore it means that for the duration of our stay he will not be able to have a shower. I do strongly suggest that if you are going to advertise accessible rooms, they should be equipped with a walk-in shower.
