I found the booking process suboptimal in several ways:
1. It’s confusing - it says free cancellation, but then I was still changed as part of the process.
2. The confirmation wasn’t sent to my email address.
3. The UI is too text based and has too many steps. Ideal would be visualizing everything on one page like booking.com does.
