The booking experience was terrible!
I was supposed to pay with Eurocard. At first the system refused to approve the Norwegian Post number after many attempts, then suddenly this worked.
But then the system refused and approved the name on the eurcard. I never managed to do that, on several browsers. There is clear potential for improvement. Perhaps it is that Norway is not important in the system, or that the system lacks key information about Norway? Norwegian letters can also be a problem, as I have Å in my name.
I ended up having to set up the card with Paypal. Then I finally got paid for the room.
But this took several hours, and a lot of frustration!
Far from acceptable, given that I was going to travel often.
