In general, the Travelodge booking system is fine but there were two major glitches with this booking:
1. It would not accept payment using a US Credit Card
2. The Parking is shambles. Parking is critically important for me as two passengers have severe mobility issues. However, whatever we did with Travelodge or Horizon Spaces I could not pre-book the parking and was constantly referred to a non-functioning App. If you don't have parking or it can't be pre-booked, say so. Don't mess your customers around - especially AFTER the rooms are booked. This is a source of anxiety for me now as we may arrive and find there is no parking available.
