Booking tool was v frustrating. Added info for 4 rooms and right at the point of paying, there was an issue and I had to repeat the whole process a number of times.
Thought about ringing and asking for assistance but didn't see why I should incur charges to do this.
Eventually managed but not something I will want to repeat in a hurry.
