Website confusing and open to mistakes. Booked for 6th to 7th September then discovered the actual booking was for 16th -17th July! When I tried to amend the booking for the dates I wanted, I was quoted a much higher price. After considerable difficulty I have cancelled the booking but notice £80 has already been taken from my account. I look forward to a prompt refund! Shall not be using your company again.
