My rating is to do with communication only. I booked a double room from you through Trivago for one night - 2 guests at Lakeside Thurrock 4/5 August and got a deal at £42 instead of £46 ? I think. When I checked my receipt it only mentions one guest instead of two. Ive sent emails to check this with no answer back- it’s for 4/5 Aug 2 guests
