The website was extremely glitchy. When I signed in and tried to make a reservation it would not accept my zip code as valid. I even checked my account information to confirm and the info they had listed showed my correct zip. When I tried to contact someone online, there was a message no one was available. I restarted my laptop to erase the sign-in and tried to reserve a room. it got to payment confirmation, I added my payment info, it then kicked me to the previous page. I had no way of knowing if the transaction was completed. I had to wait until the next day to check my credit card site to see if I had been charged. I didn't want to try and make a reservation again and then be billed for 2 rooms on the same nights. I've been happy with the Travelodge hotels themselves, but the site is hideous.
