Fire alarms went off about midnight and your staff could not have been more professional and helpful.
The three guys on duty put up with abuse from certain residents (You know who you are if you are reading this review) and My wife and myself don`t know how they managed to keep their cool. Also the Fire Brigade attended promptly and along with your Staff ensured everybody was safe.
