The internet booking was horrendous- I don't use PayPal or Apple Pay and just wanted to pay by card.
I ended paying twice for the same booking when your website kept telling me "payment had failed" !
Had a call from my bank who suspected some nonsense was going on and they had to cancel the 2 bookings and led me through the payment again and waited for me to complete it properly. A total nonsense, and frankly an appalling payment system. A waste of my time. Look forward to your response
