Had queries regarding booking & phoned Travelodge Holyhead 3 times & no one available to take call.
Phoned Customer Services who were not very helpful or interested in my query.
After several attempts and 2 hours I was able to make booking on-line myself.
Very disappointed how expensive rooms are at Travelodge & how you do not reward loyal customers!!!!
