We were in a room next to two dogs and lots of children who ran up and down the corridor all evening with the dogs. We mentioned it the next morning to reception who said they would send us a voucher as compensation but we didn't receive anything. Apart from the issues mentioned the hotel is in a lovely location by the lake.
