Room was updated but already tired. Bathroom floor coming away, carpet stained, pull out bed had a broken leg and lock to prevent window opening fully had been damaged so child could easily fit out. Outside grounds were dirty with bin area overflowing.
But positives, staff friendly, we didn't have breakfast but the breakfast area looked clean and well managed and we didn't hear any noise at night that we were expecting being in Blackpool on a Saturday night.
