Bit disappointed in customer service. Three visits to reception to get a card to work to access staircase. Third time another receptionist dealt with me told me it had expired. Yes I'd not been here over an hour!!;
Told all info I need about stay would be found in my room. It's not!!! It's part of the card that comes with the card to access your room
