I booked a room in Sportcity Manchester and added on the same page and time additional room for my family member, only for her to be sent to another Travelodge on M62 with the Google map directing you to the end of nowhere, it took us 4 hours till 4.30 am after driving back and fort to sport city to be told that the post code only directs one to the back of the hotel.
After contacting the customer service on phone, he was convincing me that it’s my fault and that I should accept it like that
