J33, all staff fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble. Debra is outstanding. Ethan couldn't do more to ensure that we have everything. All house keeping department (Maria,kaz,tania and others)so kind with 'people of a certain age). This thing with swiping 💳, I have no wish to be involved. All the lovely people here,never condescending, just helpful, with a terrific sense of humour.
