Booked a room in Glasgow 1st December 2023 using my credit card. The payment appeared to be unaccepted, tried 3 times with this card then used another card which showed having been accepted.
When I checked my e-mail There appears to be four bills from you for the same booking. Phoned immediately was told customer services would contact me within 5 days to sort this out. Still waiting 10 days later
