Initially, I tried booking online. The experience I had online was indeed disappointing. Hence, my rating of 2star. While contacting the customer services, I made a booking for 2 rooms. All details were given and payment made. To my shock and disappointment your agent did not forward the reference for this booking. Following day I spoke with Joanne, she was pro active and helpful. I very much appreciate her efforts and help. Further, I made an additional request for 1 more room. The person was who took my call was professional and efficient too.. Mt thanks to him. Your live chat was non functional. You need to investigate and also improve this service.
