No one in reception for booking in, stood for 5 minutes while someone from Travelodge was outside talking. Eventually, another staff member came apologised for the delay and low and behold the person talking outside decided to come into reception and completely blanked us, other than that it was fine. Did not realise the amount of dogs staying here.
