I would have given a 5. But I had a question and when I rang the number was informed of the cost of the call, so I rang off. IF one is offering breakfast and only one person is going to be occupying the room I don't want to be paying £11 for two breakfasts. There is no option to order one which I do not understand? So I didn't order one. Will make sure I have something with me.
