I usually book with Travelodge and have always found them good value, however this time I was horrified to realise I was going to have to pay £220 for 1 night stay. How can this be justified? I had to be away for a hospital trip, and everywhere was booked up or too far out of Aberdeen, and too expensive. I understand that it is a business but the last time I booked it was £40, and this is an extortionate increase.
