the booking came through at the wrong Ipswich Travel Lodge. I needed to be at Ipswich Central as its a friends wedding, so staying with the other wedding guests! I immediately called to explain, and told call center could not change booking & had to send enquiry or chat via live messenger (never available). Recieved email back basically saying 'hard luck' we wont change it! What????? This is for a wedding, and the correct hotel is actually cheaper than the one I have booked so should be simple transfer! I will be going to social media to show people how utterly terrible this company is!
