I prebooked breakfast, nobody told me that the breakfast room and dining area were undergoing major modification and would not be available.
I was told there would be an email confirming that a refund would be given there was no email
I phoned Filton and was given a service number to dial, this service number couldn't do anything but tried to phone reception and were unable to get through.
I want my money back for the breakfast I never had
