The online booking was easy but I had a question about the hotel parking. Unfortunately I couldn't call as the number given required me to either top up my phone or be charged 13p per minute on a landline to talk to someone which I found outrageous. It should have been normal a local call. There was no direct number for the hotel anywhere on the website and we didn't get one until the confirmation email came after we'd booked.
We could not communicate with the company by phone until after the online booking was complete.
