Clean and comfortable.
The staff - both at the hotel and the Toby Carvery next-door (where I had breakfast and supper) were excellent.
Lurelle was one of the staff who was very kind and helpful. I'm sorry that I don't remember the names of the others.
The on-site parking was invaluable and easy.
