Have stayed at Seaton Burn and Colwyn Bay in the past few months. Both were really clean and had a great night's sleep. Becareful when booking - we paid for breakfast but cancelled it when we found out it was a breakfast box!! We later found out it's non refundable. Feel ripped off about that, it's not (or wasn't) apparent - it's in the t & c - not impressed with that especially with the COLC.
