This is review of my booking experience only.
I found it difficult to book an ‘accessible’ room and then could not establish that we could have twin beds rather than a large double. I completed my booking without feeling confident that I have booked what we require.
When I have, previously, booked a room at the Chippenham Travelodge the process has been much clearer. Disappointing.
