My sister googled Swiss air and the first one to pop up was travelopad my sister didn't realize thought we were calling swiss air, business class has no fee for date changes they told us there was a price change in the fare so not realizing this was a travel agency they tried to charge us 450 after talking to them they said they could give us 100 $$$ of so we paid 350 we never received s confirmation or any email so I called Swiss directly they informed me that the flight was changed but there was no fee so these scam artists got us for 350 after two hours of vigorous calls they tried to give me a credit for 350 we refused then they said they will refund 300 I agreed just to have it documented now American Express will get my total refund don't book with these scam artist I should have known when he told me his name was Rusell Scott and didn't speak English they are in another country scamming people all day that is there job!!!!!
