“Our trip being an emergency one, there is a lot of hustle and anxiety at play, questions on baggage, seat assignments etc added to the stress, but here comes Kim Cooper to save the day! Utter professional, courteous and went above and beyond to get me the details and confirmation to put us at ease! Kim surely needs a pat on the back, a true value ADD to your team! Kudos!”
