“Melvin Wilson did an amazing job with customer service. He patiently listened to the situation, caught up swiftly to the problem and professionally communicated a solution. However it didn’t work immediately due to the airline’s technical issue. However he didn’t give up and contacted the airlines directly. But their response came in late at night. So, he connected back with us first thing in the morning and ensured that our ticketing needs were immediately, promptly and fully addressed. Thank You!”
