“Highly recommend Kim Cooper! After our flight was unexpectedly canceled, Kim stepped in and handled all the stressful follow-ups with the airline to get our compensation sorted out. She was persistent, professional, and kept us informed the entire time. Having Kim in our corner made all the difference—amazing customer service!”
