“I was in touch with associate by name Kane. Kane understood my request quickly, and went ahead trying to resolve the issue on the backend. However there was technical issue with the airlines website in resolving the case, so Kane on his end had to further reach out to couple of airlines that are part of the iternerary and ensure my request is conveyed and taken care of. It was a delight talking to an agent who has both the soft and hard skill to resolve customer issue smoothly in real time.”

“My wife has problem with standing and walking and sometimes loss of appetite. She likes to visit India and we have been going there practically every year since last 10 years. Last year, a friend of ours recommended Travel award as a travel agency with special low prices and excellent service. Accordingly, our last trip from December 025 to 20th April 2026 was booked with Travelipod who gave us very good prices for the business class fair and also excellent service right from start to finish off our trip. This gave us the impetus to book with them again for our forthcoming trip from 26th November this year to 20th May next year. The professionalism of all the staff and keen attention to my details is amazing. Once again, this year, the booking of our flights for my wife and myself and the Male nurse from New Delhi who travels with us to attend to my wife’s requirements on flight, went smoothly. After completing the booking formalities, the more important requirement for us was to secure proper wheelchairs for my wife and myself. In this effort, Agent Komal Elias, Kim attended to our requirements in a very detailed and specific manner not only ensuring the correct type of Wheel Chair was secure, but also double checked with Qatar Air Lines to make sure that there was no mistake. Then she went onto ensure that the seats allotted to us for all the sectors of our to and fro flight was the best available in the first row altogether. This is very essential for the comfort of our flight since the mail Nurse has to attend and keep an eye on my wife throughout the long flights. I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, patience, and thoroughness twitch this agent carried out her responsibilities . It seems evident that Travel award company as as a whole employees and trains professionals to meet customer requirements. keep it up, Komal. Thank you, Homi”
