Worst travel agency ever. They asked for $600 for rescheduling a flight whose fare difference went down by a 1000$. I went back to airlines instead and got my flight rescheduled with no extra charges.
This agency is fraud.
I spoke to agent named Vikrant. He was really good at making us believe we didn't have any other choice except for paying extra 600$ on top of 2300$ for a 1300$ flight.
Pathetic experience. I hope my review stops someone from reaching out to them.
