I called travelopod to book a ticket. A person named chetan tried to come up with an itinerary and not willing to share and worried that I would use the itinerary to book the ticket with a different agent. He was calling back again and gain, after few pestering calls I said I will not go with travelopod because of the way he's conducting the business. I warned him not to call, but he started giving bad words. I tried to report this incident with travelopod. Be careful with these guys, these agents are exposed to various personal details. There is a chance that details could be misused. I tried to file a grievance with travelopod, they don't have any process for that and they said they would delete my personal details. I'm sharing this experience to be careful with travelopod
