Annie provided excellent customer service. I had many questions about seating & routing which she answered with lot of patience. It did not help that my reservations were spread over 3 record locators. She was not fazed and made sure all 3 reservations were all in sync. I am sure it took extra effort but she made it an excellent experience. Annie - thanks gain for your assistance today.
