Emma has handled the mess up of my flight from Newark/New York to Detroit on the 6th of July, 2023 evening with utmost care. She ensured that my baggages arrived safely at the Detroit-metro airport in the previous flight so that I could collect them. She also ensured that I could get the direct flight to Detroit-metro airport in the same evening on the 6th of July without any hassle. She is following up with Lufthansa on the issues that I faced.
