Both Neil and Kim have been exceedingly help, from time if booking the flight to its sudden cancelation. They contacted me immediately and reconfirmed on the next. Other vagaries in AI booking page and confusing messages were sorted. Kim would call and patiently went through the issues, sorted all out. It was nice to be able to use some Hindi and British English, like queue ( from Kim) for a change, and as I will be soon be in Delhi. Great folks, nickname Apna Savari Agent.
