I had an issue regarding my seat assignment. I was about to cancel everything because my family wasn’t getting seats together and it was getting delayed as well. I would like to thank Kim as she was there and helped me with the resolution, I lost all hope at a point but she made sure she did the necessary thing. Thank you again.
