Exceptional customer care service. We purchased the airline tickets 10 months in advance. I called them to verify all the details 1 month prior to my journey, Ben went above and beyond to assist me with seat selection, meal selection and stayed on the phone form an hour just to make sure that everything is confirmed and is in place.
I have not see this type of phenomenal customer service from any travel reservation company. I will surely do business with travelopod again. Great job Ben!!!
