we had booked two business class tickets from US to India. But unfortunately, we had to change the tickets. From last 5 days we are calling Travelopod but we are told that someone will get back to us. Today we called asking for that person and found that he is on vacation. We fear that we will not be able to change the tickets due to such service.
We are not allowed to escalate the issue since we cannot talk with the managers.
that too after buying so many business class tickets from them.
