Ben helped being on the line till the rebooking and confirmation, it was very helpful as we are already frustrated and unhappy as v r delayed and loosing the day due to this rebooking and missing 1 day in our short vacation.. but anyways from Ben side he did what he can and guiding on what needs to be done to make sure we are ticketed and getting the boarding passes.
